Wadi Jeddah Company, the investment arm of King Abdulaziz University, has signed a cooperation agreement with the National Housing Company (NHC). The agreement was signed by Dr. Sattam Lingawi, CEO of Wadi Jeddah, and Eng. Fahad Aljasser, General Project Manager of the Al-Sadan Community Project at NHC.
The partnership aims to explore opportunities for joint collaboration in several areas, particularly the development of community programs and initiatives that support the objectives of both parties. It will also enable King Abdulaziz University employees to benefit from the housing solutions offered by NHC.
This agreement underscores Wadi Jeddah’s commitment to fostering strategic partnerships with the real estate and investment sectors, creating added value, and contributing to the achievement of national development goals.
